Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and immediate access to downloadable files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is completed and access to the digital files is granted.
By making a purchase on Tutia's Store, you agree to our strict no-refund policy. If you initiate a chargeback, bank dispute, or PayPal claim against any completed transaction, your account and access to all previously purchased files will be permanently revoked without warning.
We actively dispute all chargebacks using the digital access logs, terms of service agreements, and IP tracking captured during your checkout process to prove that the digital goods were successfully delivered and accessed.
If you encounter technical issues downloading or accessing your files, please contact us with your Discord username and purchase details, and we will assist you in resolving the technical problem. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
